PgModeler

 Was able to build pgModeler after a fight with the linker where the Postgres I had installed was amd64 while the rest of the build was arm64 --- thanks Apple. Now the build is working and I am very thankful the files it produces are not zipped --- merging is hard enough already. I plan on using pgModeler to help plan out Terra3D --- info to come soon. I also have built it into a docker container for use in CI/CD pipelines, with the only downside of a 10 min build time.
